Dijon Baked Salmon

Total meal time: 25 minutes

Juicy, flavorful, and just NOM. This salmon recipe, like the rest of my other recipes, are super simple and quick. I made this for lunch just the other day and was so pleased with how it turned out. After the salmon is done baking you can do a variety of things with it: make a lettuce wrap, add it to a salad, or just eat it plain! My next post will cover the drink in the background so stay tuned!


Ingredients: Serves 1

  • 1 Sockeye Salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1/4 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • Sea salt and pepper

Preparation: 5 minutes
